Byetta: 10mcg, Insulin: 35 units.
Breakfast: Oatmeal, Smart Balance, blueberries, Splenda.
Snack: Banana bread my friend at work brought in. (feeling guilty).
Lunch: 2 slices of deli roast beef, slice of tomato, 1 slice WhiteWheat bread, Barilla PastaPlus Macaroni, Smart Balance, parmesan cheese.
Handful of Doritos and a Hershey's minature Krackle bar.
Dinner: 1/2 Frozen pizza, 1/2 c sugar free, reduced fat Coffee Chocolate Almond ice cream.
Out later: Justin and I split an appetizer order of Mini burgers and onion rings at Denny's. I ate the meat off the burgers, it was like 3/4 of a McDonald' s regular hamburger patty and 4 or 5 onion rings. Ketchup.
